Asian Slaw with Prawns & Creamy Yuzu Mayo

A zesty, crunchy slaw that brightens any meal.

Ingredients (serves 2–4):

  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1 medium carrot, shredded

  • ½ red capsicum, thinly sliced

  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced

  • ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 4 tbsp Yuzu Mayo

Optional crunch: Roasted peanuts or crispy wonton strips

Instructions

  1. Mix the slaw: In a large bowl, toss together all veggies, herbs, and sesame seeds.

  2. Add the mayo: Pour in the Yuzu Mayo and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Serve: Let sit 5–10 mins before serving to let the flavors meld.
