Asian Slaw with Prawns & Creamy Yuzu Mayo
A zesty, crunchy slaw that brightens any meal.
Ingredients (serves 2–4):
- 
2 cups shredded green cabbage 
- 
1 cup shredded red cabbage 
- 
1 medium carrot, shredded 
- 
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced 
- 
2 spring onions, finely sliced 
- 
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped 
- 
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 
- 
4 tbsp Yuzu Mayo 
Optional crunch: Roasted peanuts or crispy wonton strips
Instructions
- 
Mix the slaw: In a large bowl, toss together all veggies, herbs, and sesame seeds. 
- 
Add the mayo: Pour in the Yuzu Mayo and toss until evenly coated. 
- 
Serve: Let sit 5–10 mins before serving to let the flavors meld.
