Yuzu Prawns Lettuce Cups

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 4 large lettuce leaves (cos or butter lettuce works best)

  • 6 cooked prawns, chopped

  • 1 tbsp Umei Yuzu Mayo

  • 1 tsp chopped coriander

  • Fresh chilli slices (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling:
    In a small bowl, combine the chopped prawns with Umei Yuzu Mayo and coriander. Toss until everything is evenly coated.

  2. Assemble the cups:
    Spoon the prawn mixture into each lettuce leaf, creating neat little cups.

  3. Garnish & serve:
    Top with fresh chilli slices if you like a little spice boost. Serve immediately while crisp and cold.

Serving Tips

  • This recipe also works well to make a roll by replacing lettuce with brioche buns
  • Add avocado slices for a creamier bite.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds for extra nuttiness.
  • Great as a light lunch, canapé, or party starter.
