Our Gochugaru Mayo is no ordinary condiment. Inspired by the punchy flavors of Korean fried chicken, it’s a creamy, umami-loaded mayo with a slow-building kick from authentic Korean chili flakes. Non-GMO Australian canola oil, water, rice vinegar, pea protein, salt, organic shiitake mushroom powder, Gochugaru chilli powder 1%, chilli powder, yeast extract, garlic, onion, seaweed powder, natural gum (xanthan) and rosemary extract.

Absolutely obsessed with this gochugaru mayo!
It’s creamy with just the right amount of smoky heat. Tastes way better than regular spicy mayo, with a unique depth that sets it apart. 10/10 recommend if you're wanting to spice up your meals!
